If you want to exchange your unused product within the first 30 days that is fine please just email us at gypsyandsoul@gmail.com however shipping costs for the return and additional products are the customer's responsibility. We do not refund money for change of mind. If your product is faulty or arrives damaged we will replace or if not possible refund just send an image to us and an explanation of fault and we will arrange a courier to collect.
