Tibetan Singing Bowls are an amazing tool for meditation and mindfullness. When one plays a Singing Bowl by striking or rubbing around the rim with the mallet a vibration occurs making the 'Sound of the Universe', the Aum sound which can have a calming effect on the body and mind. The tones tend to be higher with the smaller bowls and deeper with the larger size. All the Singing Bowls sound delightful however we are happy to schedule a video call for you to hear the different tones of each Singing Bowl before you purchase.
